INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Victoria, a Pilates instructor with a lifelong love for movement. My journey began in gymnastics, where I trained and taught for five years, building a strong foundation in strength, flexibility, and body awareness. When I discovered Pilates, I instantly fell in love with the way it blends control, precision, and mindful movement—and I knew I wanted to share that feeling with others.

I’m a certified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor with a special interest in posture and alignment. My classes focus on intelligent, feel-good movement—creating a supportive, uplifting, and challenging space where you can build strength, improve mobility, and move with more confidence and ease. Whether you are new to Pilates or more experienced, I will guide you through thoughtful, effective sequences that help you feel stronger, more connected, and more at home in your body.

Outside the studio, I am all about good food and good company. I love reading, cooking (especially at the weekends when I put on my chef’s hat), and going on long walks with my little sausage dog, Kingsley. I truly believe movement is for everyone, and I cannot wait to support you on your journey to feeling your best—inside and out.
