1.2 Interpretation

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender include all genders. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Company’s Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and any User or Member in relation to use of the Website and the Studio.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by any court or competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1.5 Variation

The Company reserves the right to amend, vary, or replace these Terms and Conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers this necessary for the operation of the Studio or the conduct of Members. Any updated Terms will be published on the Website and/or notified to Members. Continued use of the Studio, Website, or services after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where changes are material and adversely affect Members, the Company will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

1.6 No Waiver
No failure or delay by the Company to exercise any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.

  1. MEMBERSHIP & GENERAL USE

2.1 Registration and Eligibility

Users must complete the registration process to become a Member. Acceptance of membership is at the absolute discretion of the Company. Members must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

2.2 Monthly Membership Billing

Memberships are billed from the date of purchase and automatically renew each month for a minimum commitment period of three (3) months. After the minimum term, membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless the Member gives at least one (1) month’s written notice of cancellation by email to hello@thewilderstudios.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the next billing cycle following valid notice.

2.3 Additional Classes and Charges

If a Member books or is added to any additional class (including automated bookings from a waitlist) in excess of their class pack or monthly membership allocation, the Member unconditionally and irrevocably authorises The Wilder Studios to debit any credit or debit card provided by the Member for all outstanding fees relating to such additional classes without further notice. Members on a rolling membership will be charged at the rate of £26 per class. All other Members will be charged at the rate of £35 per class. All such charges may be taken within fourteen (14) days of the date of class attendance or attempted attendance.

2.4 Freezing Memberships

Monthly Members may freeze their membership up to two (2) times per membership year, for a maximum of one (1) calendar month per freeze, provided that at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is given before the next billing date. Annual Members may freeze their membership up to two (2) times per twelve (12) month period, for a maximum of one (1) calendar month per freeze. Any approved freeze will extend the end date of the annual membership by the duration of the freeze period, with the membership resuming automatically immediately afterwards.

2.5 Non-Transferability

Memberships and class credits are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned.

2.6 Medical Exceptions

In cases of genuine medical emergencies or injury, the Company may, at its sole discretion and upon receipt of appropriate medical documentation, offer a refund or credit extension. Nothing in this clause creates an automatic entitlement to a refund or extension.

  1. STUDIO OPENING TIMES

3.1 Session times, timetables, and opening hours may vary. The current schedule will be published on the Website or the booking platform used by the Studio from time to time. The Company does not guarantee the availability of any particular class, instructor, or time slot.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Prices

Details of session prices, memberships, and gift card prices are available on the Website or from the Studio. Prices may be changed at any time at the Company’s discretion.

4.2 Payment in Advance

All sessions, memberships, and services must be booked and paid for in advance unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4.3 Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.

4.4 Missed Discounts

If a Member fails to apply a valid discount code at checkout, the Company may, at its sole discretion, honour the discount by issuing the difference as studio credit. No such adjustment will be refunded to the original payment method.

4.5 Studio Credit

Studio credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be used for services offered by The Wilder Studios. Unless otherwise stated at the time of issue, studio credit does not expire.

4.6 Combination of Offers

Only one discount or promotional offer may be used per transaction unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company. Discounts and promotions may not be combined and may not be applied to already discounted or promotional packages.

4.7 Withdrawal of Offers

The Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse any discount code or promotional offer at any time without notice.

  1. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & CLASS POLICIES

5.1 Booking System

All sessions must be booked in advance through the Member’s personal account on www.thewilderstudios.com (or any authorised booking platform used by the Studio from time to time). Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. The Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion, including where a Member is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Booking Limits

Members may book a maximum of two (2) classes per calendar day, including any sessions booked using a guest pass or any complimentary, promotional, or community classes. The Studio reserves the right to amend booking limits at any time without notice.

5.3 Late Arrival, Late Entry & Reformer Spot Release (Zero-Late Policy)

The Studio operates a strict zero-late policy. Classes start exactly at the scheduled time. Doors close at the class start time. Any Member who arrives at or after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to enter the class for safety, disruption, and fairness reasons. Any Member who has not claimed their reformer before the class start time will automatically forfeit their spot, and the Studio may reallocate that reformer to another client without refund, credit, or compensation. Late arrival will be treated as a no-show. In all cases of late arrival:

  • The class credit will be forfeited, and
  • A £10 no-show fee will be charged to the Member’s account.

These consequences apply regardless of the reason for lateness.

5.4 Group Class Cancellation Policy

Group class bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class start time. If cancelled more than twelve (12) hours before the class start time:

  • The class credit will be returned to the Member’s account, or
  • Where applicable, no charge will be applied.

If cancelled within twelve (12) hours of the class start time (“late cancellation”):

  • The class credit will be forfeited, and
  • Unlimited membership holders will be charged a £5 late cancellation fee.

5.5 No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs where a Member:

  • Is booked into a class and does not attend, or
  • Arrives at or after the class start time (see clause 5.3), or
  • Fails to cancel the booking before the class start time.

In all no-show cases:

  • The class credit will be forfeited, and
  • A £10 no-show fee will be charged to the Member’s account.
  • No-show fees and forfeited credits apply regardless of reason.

Any refunds, reversals, or billing corrections (including accidental charges) will be issued only as studio credit unless the Studio expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Studio credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.

5.6 No-Show Fee Collection

Where a no-show fee is due, the Member authorises The Wilder Studios to charge the payment card held on file. The no-show fee will be charged within twenty-four (24) hours after the scheduled class start time. If the payment attempt fails, the Studio will automatically re-attempt collection every three (3) days, up to a maximum of three (3) attempts. If payment has not been successfully collected after the third attempt:

  • The Member’s account will be temporarily suspended,
  • The Member will not be permitted to book or attend classes, and
  • The Studio will contact the Member directly to recover the outstanding balance.

If the outstanding balance remains unpaid, The Wilder Studios reserves the right to terminate or permanently ban the Member from the Studio, refuse future bookings, and/or take further action to recover the debt.

5.7 Workshops, Special Events & Private Sessions

Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time. Any cancellation within 24 hours, any late arrival, or any failure to attend will result in:

  • Forfeiture of the session credit or full session fee, and
  • A £10 no-show fee being charged to the Member’s account.

Late arrival will be treated as a no-show.

5.8 Community, Free & Discounted Classes

The following rules apply:

  • No-show fees apply to free, community and discounted classes (£10).
  • If cancelled outside the permitted window, the amount paid is forfeited.
  • If cancelled within the permitted window, the amount paid is returned as studio credit only (not to card).

All other late cancellation and no-show rules in this Section apply in full.

For the purposes of this clause, the permitted cancellation window is the same as the 12-hour cancellation window that applies to the relevant booking type under clauses 5.4 or 5.7.

5.9 Waitlist Policy

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a place. A Member must hold or purchase a valid class credit to join the waitlist. This credit is reserved but not used unless the Member is moved into the class. If a space becomes available up to 60 minutes before class, the credit is deducted. If no space becomes available, the credit is returned with its original expiry date. No payment or credit is refundable to card. If a Member knows they cannot attend, they must remove themselves from the waitlist. Failure to do so may result in charges and forfeiture under the standard policies.

5.10 Payment Method on File

All Members must maintain a valid payment card on file. The Studio may charge this card for any sums owed under these Terms (including fees, charges, and outstanding balances).

  1. GUEST PASSES

6.1 Eligibility and Allocation

Guest passes are available only to Members who hold an Unlimited Monthly Membership or an Annual Membership, as determined by The Wilder Studios from time to time. Eligible Members may use one (1) guest pass per class to bring one (1) guest to attend a session, subject to availability and the Studio’s booking policies. Guest passes have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be withdrawn, limited, suspended, or amended by the Studio at any time without notice.

6.2 Booking and Guest Requirements

All guest bookings must be made through the Member’s account and are subject to the Studio’s normal booking procedures. Guests must, prior to attending any session:

  • Complete the Studio’s registration process; and
  • Agree to and sign Wilder Studios’ liability waiver and these Terms and Conditions.

The Studio reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who has not completed the required documentation or who, in the Studio’s reasonable opinion, is not suitable to participate for health, safety, conduct, or operational reasons.

6.3 Member Responsibility

The Member is fully responsible for:

  • The conduct, behaviour, and compliance of their guest; and
  • Ensuring that their guest understands and follows all Studio rules, safety instructions, policies, and etiquette guidelines.

Any breach of Studio policies by a guest will be treated as a breach by the Member and may result in penalties, suspension, withdrawal of guest pass privileges, refusal of entry, or termination of the Member’s membership or booking privileges.

6.4 Non-Transferability and Misuse

Guest passes are strictly non-transferable. They may only be used by the eligible Member who holds the membership and may only be used for the specific guest and specific class for which they are booked. Guest passes may not be sold, exchanged, advertised, gifted, transferred, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without the Studio’s prior written consent. Any actual or suspected misuse may result in the immediate withdrawal of guest pass privileges and/or further action at the Studio’s discretion.

6.5 Cancellation and No-Show Policy for Guest Passes

All guest bookings are subject to the Studio’s standard booking, cancellation, late cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies set out in Section 5. In addition, the following charges apply:

  • If a guest booking is cancelled within twelve (12) hours of the class start time:
  • The guest pass will be forfeited; and
  • A £5 late cancellation fee will be charged to the Member’s account.

If a guest does not attend and does not cancel before the class start time, or arrives late and is refused entry:

  • The guest pass will be forfeited; and
  • A £10 no-show fee will be charged to the Member’s account.

All fees relating to guest bookings will be charged to the Member’s account (not the guest’s). No refunds or credits will be issued in respect of forfeited guest passes or related charges.

  1. HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE

7.1 Health Declaration and Medical Conditions

By registering, booking, or attending a session, Members confirm that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in Pilates and/or any other services offered by the Studio. Members must notify the Studio prior to participation of any:

  • Pre-existing medical condition;
  • Injury or pain (including ongoing or recurring issues);
  • Pregnancy or post-natal status; or
  • Any other condition that may affect safe participation.

The Studio does not provide medical advice. Any guidance provided by instructors is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis.

7.2 Medical Clearance

Where the Studio reasonably requests it, Members must provide medical clearance from a licensed physician or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional prior to participating. The Studio reserves the right to refuse participation where medical clearance is not provided upon request, or where the Studio reasonably believes participation may be unsafe.

7.3 Instructor Authority and Participation Requirements

Members must follow all instructions given by instructors and Studio staff at all times.

The Studio may refuse entry to, remove, or require any Member to stop participating in a session (without refund or credit) where the Studio reasonably considers this necessary for health, safety, safeguarding, disruption prevention, or operational reasons, including where the Member:

  • Does not follow instructions;
  • Uses equipment unsafely;
  • Displays inappropriate conduct; or
  • Is, in the Studio’s reasonable opinion, unfit to participate.

7.4 Equipment Use and Supervision

Members must use Studio equipment only as instructed. Members must not use any Studio equipment unsupervised or outside of a scheduled session unless expressly authorised by the Studio in writing. Members must arrive at least five (5) minutes before their first session (or such other time as the Studio may reasonably require) to receive an induction on equipment usage and Studio procedures. If a Member arrives too late to safely complete an induction, the Studio may refuse participation and standard cancellation/no-show policies may apply.

7.5 Accident and Injury Reporting

Any accident, incident, or injury occurring on the Studio premises or in connection with the Studio’s services must be reported to a member of staff immediately and documented in writing in accordance with the Studio’s reporting procedures.

7.6 Alcohol, Drugs and Intoxication

Members must not attend any session while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair judgement, coordination, or safe participation. The Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Member who appears to be under the influence. No refund or credit will be provided in such circumstances, and the booking may be treated as a no-show.

7.7 Contagious Illness and Exposure

Members are responsible for notifying the Studio if they have been exposed to contagious illnesses (including COVID-19) and must not attend the Studio if they are unwell in a way that may risk others. The Studio may refuse entry to any Member who appears unwell or where the Studio reasonably believes their attendance may risk the health of others. No refund or credit will be provided where refusal is based on health and safety.

7.8 Grip Socks Requirement

Grip socks are mandatory for all classes and sessions at The Wilder Studios. Any Member who arrives without grip socks will not be permitted to participate in the class.

In such circumstances:

  • The class booking will be forfeited; and
  • A £10 no-show fee will be charged to the Member’s account, and the booking will be treated as a no-show for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.

No refund or credit will be provided where access is refused due to failure to comply with this requirement.

7.9 Dress Code and Footwear

Members must wear suitable, clean, and safe attire appropriate for the practice of Pilates. Clothing must allow full range of movement and must not pose a risk to the Member, the equipment, or others. Outdoor footwear must be removed in the reception area before entering the changing rooms or studio. No outdoor shoes are permitted inside the studio. Members must not walk around the Studio barefoot if they have verruca or similar foot complaints. The Studio may require the Member to wear socks at all times in such circumstances. The Studio reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any Member from a session if, in the Studio’s reasonable opinion, their attire is unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable for participation.

7.10 Food, Drink and Glass

In the interests of safety and hygiene, no crockery, glass, or food is permitted in the changing rooms or studio. Only water is permitted in the Studio unless otherwise agreed by the Studio in writing.

7.11 Fire Safety and Access Routes

Members must use the main entrance to the Studio when entering or leaving. Fire exits are clearly marked and are for emergency use only. Members must not block, interfere with, or tamper with fire exits or safety equipment. In the event of a fire or emergency, Members must follow staff instructions and evacuate promptly via the nearest available exit.

7.12 Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes/vaping devices are forbidden in the Studio.

7.13 Hands-On Corrections

Safety is a priority. Instructors may, where necessary and appropriate, provide hands-on corrections during sessions to assist with safe alignment, form, and equipment use. If a Member does not wish to receive hands-on corrections, they must notify the instructor before the class begins. The Studio cannot guarantee that an instructor will be able to provide the same level of correction without touch.

7.14 Communication During Class

Members must address questions or concerns about equipment use or safety before the start of the class wherever possible. Due to music, equipment, and other participants, communication may be difficult during a session and it may not always be possible for an instructor to hear or respond to queries in real time. Members remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgement and participating within their personal limits.

7.15 Right to Refuse Access for Safety

The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to any Member if, in the Studio’s reasonable opinion, the health or safety of the Member or others may be endangered by their participation or use of Studio facilities. No refund or credit will be provided where refusal is based on health and safety.

  1. PRE / POST-NATAL

8.1 Eligibility and Disclosure

Members who are pregnant or post-natal may attend classes, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. All Members who are pregnant or post-natal must inform the Studio and the instructor before participating in any session. Failure to disclose pregnancy or post-natal status is entirely at the Member’s own risk. The Studio reserves the right to refuse participation in any class or require a private session first where it reasonably considers this necessary for safety.

8.2 Medical Clearance

All pregnant or post-natal Members must obtain medical clearance from their healthcare provider before participating in any class or session at the Studio. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate and for following any medical advice or restrictions given by their healthcare provider. The Studio may request evidence of medical clearance at any time and may refuse participation if such evidence is not provided.

8.3 First Session and Experience Level

Where a Member is new to the Studio and is pregnant or post-natal, the Studio may require the Member to complete at least one (1) private 1:1 session with an instructor before joining group classes. Members who become pregnant after already attending regularly may continue in group classes at their own discretion, but must notify the instructor before every session. The Studio does not guarantee that any class is suitable for pregnancy or post-natal recovery.

8.4 Acknowledgement of Risk

By participating in any class while pregnant or post-natal, Members acknowledge and accept that:

  • Physical exercise carries inherent risks, which may be increased during pregnancy and post-natal recovery;
  • There is a risk of injury, complication, or adverse outcome to themselves and/or their unborn child; and
  • They are choosing to participate voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.

The Studio does not provide medical advice and does not assess the medical suitability of any individual for participation.

8.5 Self-Monitoring and Personal Responsibility

Members are responsible for monitoring their own condition, exertion level, and wellbeing during and after sessions. If a Member experiences pain, dizziness, discomfort, bleeding, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom, they must stop immediately and seek medical advice from their doctor, midwife, or other healthcare professional. The Studio and its instructors are not responsible for monitoring a Member’s medical condition and do not assume any duty to do so.

8.6 Limitation of Liability and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Members who participate in any pre-natal or post-natal class or session:

  • Acknowledge that they do so entirely at their own risk; and
  • Agree to release and hold harmless The Wilder Studios, its directors, employees, and instructors from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from such participation, except where such loss or injury is caused by the Studio’s negligence and liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in this Section limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

8.7 Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Studio will handle health-related information, including pregnancy or post-natal status, in accordance with applicable data protection law (including GDPR). Such information will be used only for safety and operational purposes and shared only where reasonably necessary.

  1. STUDIO CONDUCT & POLICIES

9.1 Behaviour

Members must behave respectfully. Disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. The Studio may refuse entry or remove any person without refund or credit.

9.2 Photography and Media

Photography or filming is prohibited without prior written consent. Members consent to the use of their image for marketing unless they opt out in writing.

9.3 Use of Studio Property

Studio property may only be used on the premises. Removal or misuse may result in termination of membership and/or legal action.

  1. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

10.1 All personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the Member’s own risk. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 Assumption of Risk

By attending the Studio, participating in any class, or using any equipment or facilities, Members acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation, including risks arising from improper use of equipment, overexertion, or failure to follow instructions.

11.2 Availability of Sessions, Instructors, and Facilities

The Studio does not guarantee the availability of any particular class, instructor, piece of equipment, or facility. The Studio reserves the right to change timetables, instructors, class types, equipment, or facilities (including ancillary facilities such as showers or changing rooms) at any time without notice. The Studio will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or disruption caused by such changes, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.3 Member’s Responsibility for Fitness

It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that they are physically and medically fit to participate in any class or activity. Members are advised to seek medical advice before starting any exercise programme. Any guidance or instruction given by Studio instructors is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

11.4 Personal Property and Personal Injury

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wilder Studios accepts no responsibility for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to a Member’s personal property; or
  • Any injury suffered by a Member on Studio premises or in connection with Studio activities, except where such loss or injury is caused by the Studio’s negligence and liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.5 Participation at Own Risk

Members participate in all activities at the Studio entirely at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Members waive and release The Wilder Studios from all claims or liabilities arising from their participation, except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the Studio’s negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.6 Force Majeure

The Studio will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, natural disasters, power failures, or necessary maintenance closures.

11.7 Indemnity

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wilder Studios, its staff, and contractors against any claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from:

  • Their breach of these Terms and Conditions;
  • Their misuse of Studio facilities or equipment; or
  • Their conduct at the Studio, except where such loss arises from the Studio’s negligence and liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.8 COVID-19 and Communicable Disease Risk

Despite the precautions taken by the Studio, the Studio cannot guarantee that Members will not be exposed to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases. By attending the Studio, Members knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of exposure and any resulting illness, injury, or complication, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.9 Excluded and Limited Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wilder Studios shall not be liable for:

  • Losses caused by events outside its reasonable control;
  • Business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or goodwill;
  • Loss or corruption of data or software;
  • Any indirect or consequential loss; or
  • Any loss arising from use of the website, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
  1. PRIVATE CLASSES

12.1 Validity Periods

Private Class credits are valid for the following periods from the date of purchase:

1 Session: 2 weeks

3 Sessions: 6 weeks

5 Sessions: 3 months

10 Sessions: 5 months

Expiry dates are strict and final unless extended at the Studio’s sole discretion in accordance with these Terms.

12.2 Use, Transfer and Refunds

All Private Class credits must be used within their stated validity period. Private Class credits are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Extensions will be considered only where the Member provides valid medical documentation, and any extension granted is at the sole discretion of the Studio.

12.3 Booking Procedure

All Private Classes must be booked in advance by emailing hello@thewilderstudios.com (or such other method as the Studio may designate from time to time). Private Class bookings cannot be made through the online booking system and remain subject to instructor availability and the Studio’s internal scheduling requirements.

12.4 Cancellations, Late Arrival and No-Shows

Cancellations for Private Classes must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session time and must be submitted by email unless the Studio agrees otherwise in writing. Any of the following will result in forfeiture of the session credit:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled start time;
  • Late arrival exceeding five (5) minutes; or
  • Failure to attend the scheduled appointment.

Where applicable, the Studio may also treat such cases as a no-show and apply the relevant no-show fee in accordance with Section 5. The Studio reserves the right to limit or refuse future bookings for Members who repeatedly cancel late or fail to attend.

12.5 Health Declarations and Equipment Requirements

Members must complete any required health waiver prior to attending a Private Class.

Grip socks are mandatory for all participants. Members must notify the instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, post-natal status, or medical conditions prior to the start of each session. Failure to disclose relevant health information is entirely at the Member’s own risk.

  1. GIFT CARDS

13.1 Purchase and Delivery

Gift Cards may be purchased for any amount offered by the Studio from time to time. All Gift Cards are issued electronically and emailed to the purchaser once full payment has been received. Each Gift Card contains a unique code which must be entered at checkout in the designated field. Gift Card codes are treated as promotional or credit codes for checkout purposes and are subject to clauses 4.3 to 4.6, including the rules on application at checkout, non-retrospective application, and restrictions on combining with other offers.

13.2 Validity and Expiry

Each Gift Card is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Studio. The expiry date is final. Gift Cards cannot be extended. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be void and forfeited.

13.3 Use and Restrictions

Gift Cards may be applied towards any class or service offered by The Wilder Studios, subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions.

Gift Cards:

  • Are non-refundable;
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards; and
  • Must be used before their expiry date.

Where the value of a booking exceeds the Gift Card balance, the user must pay the difference. Where the value of a booking is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance may be used until the Gift Card expires.

13.4 Cancellations and Forfeiture

If a class booked using credits purchased with a Gift Card is cancelled within the permitted cancellation window, the session credit will be returned to the Member’s account. If a class is cancelled outside the permitted window, results in a late cancellation, late arrival, or no-show, the applicable session credit will be forfeited in accordance with Section 5. The Studio reserves the right to amend or update its Gift Card policies at any time.

  1. PRIVATE HIRE

14.1 Booking and Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure a Private Hire session.

Private Hire entitles the hirer to use the Studio only for the agreed time slot. Any additional time used beyond the scheduled duration may incur additional charges at the Studio’s prevailing rates.

14.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of Private Hire bookings. Any cancellation or request to reschedule made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time is strictly non-refundable.

14.3 Participants, Responsibility and Damage

Private Hire is limited to a maximum of twelve (12) participants unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Studio. All participants must complete any required health waiver before attending, and grip socks are mandatory.

The hirer is fully responsible for:

  • The conduct, behaviour, and safety of all participants; and
  • Ensuring compliance with all Studio rules and instructions.

The Studio accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during Private Hire sessions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Any damage caused to the Studio, premises, or equipment during the hire period will be chargeable to the hirer.

14.4 Permitted Use

Private Hire is strictly limited to Pilates sessions unless an alternative use has been expressly agreed in writing by the Studio. Any props, external practitioners, additional equipment, filming setups, or special arrangements require the Studio’s prior written approval.

14.5 Filming and Photography

Filming or photography during Private Hire sessions is permitted only with the prior written agreement of the Studio. Under no circumstances may images or videos include other clients or staff without their explicit consent. All content must be captured respectfully and in accordance with Studio policies and applicable law.

  1. GENERAL

15.1 Severability

If any clause in these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

15.3 Change of Contact Details
