INSTRUCTOR

After years of gym workouts, Tal discovered Pilates and instantly fell in love with the way it transformed both her body and mind – helping her feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected. Inspired by that shift, she qualified as a Mat and Reformer instructor so she could share the benefits of Pilates with others.

In her classes, you can expect slow, controlled movements that bring a deep, satisfying burn, with a focus on alignment, strength, and mindful connection. Tal’s teaching philosophy is simple: movement should feel good, empowering, and enjoyable. Her goal is to help clients feel more at home in their bodies, building both confidence and awareness.

When she’s not teaching, Tal loves experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, challenging herself at the climbing wall, and being on the beach.
