INSTRUCTOR

Andrew began his journey in the world of movement and wellbeing several years ago as a massage therapist, working with Neal’s Yard Remedies, Whole Foods, and at the Mind, Body & Spirit Festival. Driven by a deep curiosity about the body and how it moves, he went on to train as an Indian head masseuse, reflexologist, and stretchologist, building a broad and holistic understanding of the body’s systems and mechanics.

Eager to continue developing his knowledge, Andrew later trained as a yoga teacher with YMCA and Triyoga. He now brings over seven years of hands-on massage experience and five years of teaching into his work, blending therapeutic insight with intelligent, purposeful movement.

As a Pilates teacher, massage therapist, yoga teacher, and stretchologist, Andrew carefully curates classes suitable for all levels, with a focus on opening the body, improving mobility, and restoring balance—helping clients move with more ease, freedom, and awareness.

For Andrew’s Stretch & Reset class, while movements are performed on the Reformer, these sessions are not traditional Reformer Pilates classes. Instead, they offer a stretching-led, restorative experience designed to leave you feeling more open, aligned, and at ease in your body.
