SERINA
INSTRUCTOR
Serina’s journey into Pilates began through a personal connection—watching her mother experience severe neck pain and seeing first-hand how transformative Pilates could be in relieving it. Inspired by its impact, she was encouraged to train as a Pilates teacher, and her journey naturally evolved from there.
With a background rooted in corrective exercise, posture alignment, and pain rehabilitation, Serina brings a highly informed and therapeutic approach to her teaching. Her foundation as an injury and rehabilitation specialist is complemented by dynamic Reformer training, allowing her to adapt her classes to suit a wide range of clients and needs.
Her sessions are tailored and intentional—whether focusing on rehabilitation and recovery or delivering a more challenging, strength-led workout. Clients can expect thoughtful, effective movement designed to support the body, improve alignment, and build strength in a way that feels both purposeful and empowering.
Serina’s goal is to help clients move more freely and feel at ease in their bodies—working towards a stronger, more open, and pain-free way of moving.
Alongside her work in movement, she has a strong interest in psychology and the mind, particularly how emotional stress and overwhelm can manifest physically. This awareness underpins her holistic approach, supporting clients not just physically, but in creating a deeper connection between body and mind
