Prenatal Clients Policy
At Wilder Studios, we have a strict policy in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our prenatal clients. Prenatal participants may only attend classes specifically approved for them, taught by instructors fully trained and qualified in prenatal Pilates.
If you’re pregnant and interested in joining our classes, please email [email protected] before booking. This allows us to guide you to the most suitable options, ensuring a safe and effective experience for both you and your baby.

*We are planning to launch an 8-week prenatal Pilates course starting in February! This course will focus on improving posture, relieving tension, strengthening key muscle groups, and preparing your body for labour and recovery. Postnatal Clients Policy
For optimal recovery, reformer Pilates is not recommended until 8–12 weeks post-pregnancy, depending on the type of delivery and with prior clearance from a healthcare provider.
To ensure a safe and supportive experience, postnatal clients must begin with our Beginner classes. These are specifically designed to focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and re-engaging the pelvic floor, providing the perfect foundation for your journey back to movement.
