We’re dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable Pilates experience. Our 50-minute classes, including a 5-minute cool down, are limited to 12 clients for personalized attention.

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class to avoid disruption. If you’re new to reformer Pilates, arrive 5 minutes early for a quick introduction. Late arrivals will not be permitted, and credits will be forfeited if you miss your class.

The minimum age to attend classes at Wilder Studios is 18.

Grippy socks are required for safety, and our studio has a no-shoe policy, so please remove your shoes upon entry.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy, and credits are non-refundable if cancelled after this window.

While the class prioritises the basics, you can still expect the Wilder energy and a little burn to get you moving and engaged.

Ideal for those with some Pilates or movement experience, this class offers a balanced combination of dynamic and classical reformer techniques. With a focus on precision, alignment, and flow, you’ll experience a blend of foundational movements and creative sequences that challenge your strength and coordination. Expect a satisfying burn, a test of endurance, and a class that pushes you to grow while staying accessible to all levels of experience.

For the Pilates enthusiasts, this is a higher-energy, faster-paced class designed to push your limits. Featuring more advanced and complex exercises that challenge both strength and coordination, this class emphasises fluid transitions, precision, and endurance. It’s dynamic, sweaty, and intense—expect to shake, sweat, and feel your muscles working deeply. Perfect for building stamina, strength, and confidence in taking your practice to the next level. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, empowered and feeling it the next day.
